Hello Meadows! We hope that you enjoyed the little bit of warm weather we had recently! The warm weather will be
back to stay before we know it!
We have an open seat on the Board again! If you are interested in filling the seat, please contact the Office to obtain the necessary paperwork.
As a reminder, Co-owners and residents should be mindful of their children/guest’s behavior within The Meadows. We strongly encourage Co-owners and residents to try to keep their children/guests from obstructing the roadways, throwing/kicking objects into other resident’s property, being disruptively loud, and/or leaving trash/debris on the common elements. As always, being mindful of your
neighbors leads to a strong community centered on kindness and respect.
Last but certainly not least, Co-owners and residents are asked to properly report any suspicious behavior or violations to Security, Fairfax County Police, and/or Meadows Management. If we can document suspicious behavior and/or violations, we
are better able to attempt to prevent the activity from recurring. Reports of violations made to Management must include a date, time, address belonging to the alleged violator, and details of the violation observed (pictures are encouraged when possible).
Remember, Board meetings are now held on the 2nd Thursday of every month!
