Hello Meadows Community! The Board is excited to announce that we have a new Property Manager, Theresa Richie, joining us! The Board is looking forward to the experience and new ideas that Theresa will bring with her.
The Board would like to thank Karen Harper, office assistant, and Dolly Lee, Administrative Assistant, for all they done and continue to do during this time.
The Board would also like to thank the community for their patience and understanding during this transition period.
When visiting the office or interacting with any contractor, Co-owners and residents are reminded that acting aggressively, making derogatory remarks, and cursing at staff/contractors is against the Rules and Regulations and could result in a violation letter/fine. To avoid this, Co-owners and residents are reminded to treat all staff and contractors with respect when interacting with them.
